Nashi and Saffron premium jam
This premium jam is handmade, in the preparation no flavorings, preservatives or chemical thickeners are used. The nashi used are ancient Japanese pears which are grown with care on our farm together with our wonderful saffron. The union of these two elements make this jam a true delight for the palate.
Compared to traditional jams, both a much larger quantity of fruit and a much smaller amount of sugar are used, consequently a product with a lower total caloric content and a marked fruit taste.
Serving suggestions: ideal for breakfast, with yogurts and to delight the most discerning palates when eaten with cheese.
Preparation: the fruit is grown without the use of chemicals or herbicides, every morning the apples are harvested at the right maturity and are immediately forwarded for the preparation of jams.
Ingredients: nashi, lemon juice, saffron, sugar. Fruit used: 128g per 100g of product. Sugar total: 24 g of 100g of product.

Storage: after opening the jar, keep refrigerated and consume within a short time.
