Apricots premium jam
This premium jam is handmade. In the preparation of this jam, no flavorings, preservatives or chemical thickeners are used. Our apricots jam is one of a kind, we cultivate and use an ancient and very tasty local cultivar named “Tonda di Costigliole” that makes this jam a real delight for the palate which are grown with care on our farm.
Compared to traditional jams, both a much larger quantity of fruit and a much smaller amount of sugar are used, consequently a product with a lower total caloric content and a marked fruit taste.
Preparation: the fruit is grown without the use of chemicals or herbicides, every morning the apricots are harvested at the right maturity and are immediately forwarded for the preparation of jams.
Ingredients: apricots, sugar. Fruit used: 104g per 100g of product. Sugar total: 36g of 100g of product.

Storage: after opening the jar, keep refrigerated and consume within a short time.
